This year Maroon 5, Travis Scott and Big Boi will be performing. The game will start at 6:30 pm E.T. so the halftime show should begin around 8:30-9 pm, depending on the pace of the game.
Ways to arrive at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for those coming from outside the city:
How to go to Mercedes-Benz Stadium from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport:
- There is a bus every 20 minutes from the airport to the stadium, which takes about 40 minutes. These buses are allowed to carry 40 passengers at a time. Since Atlanta Airport has the busiest traffic in the USA, you don’t want to wait for that when everyone is visiting for Super Bowl.
- Ubers or taxis can also be options, but once again because of the crowd it will be hard to find one. Also Uber has dynamic pricing, which means the fees will be higher than usual between February 2-4. Taxi or Uber will costs approximately $35.
- Rental car: Atlanta is a driver’s city just like many other American cities. Renting a car and using the region’s ample parking and relatively uncongested freeway system is your best bet. You can compare the cars and see their availability using Carla car rental app. Renting a car will be the most feasible way to go to the game.
How to go to from Near Cities & Suburbs:
In this case, rental car seems like the only reasonable way to travel. Airplane tickets will be higher, so for such a short distance it doesn’t make sense. Driving your own car is also an option but don’t forget it raises the mileage of your vehicle.
