Are European Countries Open for UAE Travellers?

When it comes to tourism, Europe is the one of the most popular destinations..With the rapid vaccination European tourism is now set for a gradual reopening for vaccinated travellers. However, there are different regulations and requirements for each European country. Here you can find out where can UAE residents travel:
France:
France is categorizing countries in three categories; green, orange and red lists. Saudi Arabia is in France’s orange list. That means fully vaccinated travellers from Saudi Arabia should take a PSR test in the last 72 hours or take an antigen test in the last 48 hours upon their arrival to France. There is no need for quarantine for the vaccinated travellers but unvaccinated ones are required to self-isolate for seven days.
Germany:
Vaccinated travellers are able to enter Germany under existing visa regulations and are required to register at einreiseanmeldung prior to departing. You should upload your proof of vaccination against COVID-19. The vaccines should be Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Johnson & Johnson. A period of at least 14 days must have elapsed since receiving the last vaccine dose.
Greece:
The UAE has set up a vaccine bubble with Greece which accommodates safe and free travel for travellers who have been fully vaccinated. The arrangement signifies the mutual recognition of vaccination certificates issued by their respective health authorities and will allow travellers to enjoy trips without quarantine.
Italy:
Italy has granted a special allowance to the UAE in recognition of the country’s exceptional performance in dealing with the pandemic. Italy is now allowing special flights from the UAE to enter its borders without necessitating quarantine. However, these special flights are available to passengers travelling for essential purposes only, which includes business travel, medical treatment, visits by Italian resident permit holders, or for study-related purposes. Those passengers must provide a negative test result issued within 48 hours of departure and take another test upon arrival. A second negative test allows UAE travellers to avoid a 10-day quarantine.
Bosnia & Herzegovina:
Bosnia & Herzegovina is open to all international travellers who are able to provide a negative PSR test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival.
Switzerland:
From 28 June, fully vaccinated travellers from the UAE are able to enter Switzerland without any quarantine and pre-testing measures. However, you must have received vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or one of the vaccines included in the WHO’s Emergency Use Listing. These are the Pfizer BioNTech, Sinopharm and Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccines.
