New exciting feature! Get your money back if you cancel your reservation
For you who often change travel plans, book multiple rentals at the same time or for you who just want to ensure a free cancellation option; we have introduced Trip Cancellation Coverage to our Carla app!
We know how frustrating cancellations can be - whether you have rented a car, booked a flight ticket or reserved a hotel room. We do not want you to worry about the payment of your reservation, which is why we have made it possible for you to cancel your reservation at any time and get your payment fully refunded up to 6 hours prior to pickup.

Trip Cancellation Coverage
When making a reservation through our Carla app, you can proceed with the deal of your choice and simply click the Trip Cancellation Coverage option. With this special feature, it does not matter whether you cancel 1 minute after completing the reservation or 1 week - hitting the cancellation button up to 6 hours prior to your pickup will ensure that you get your money back with no annoying cancellation fee!
How to use the free cancellation option:
- Download the latest version of the Carla Car Rental app from The AppStore
- Search for a rental
- Choose a deal of your preference
- Hit the Trip Cancellation Coverage button
- Complete the reservation
- Lean back and do not worry!
